My 5th letter to Steam requesting refund, due to bot/coop removal
So I've been writing back and forth with Steam support reps trying to get a refund since they removed the bots for us PvE players leaving us with PvP Only as the option to play the normal BF game types.
Each time I try to explain why I feel they owe me a refund they only say that I do not qualify and that next time I should stick to the 2 hour/ 2 week window...which we all know is not our fault since the game was changed long after that window for many of us.
Well...here's my 5th attempt to ask why I am being punished instead of protected when it is EA/Dice who have changed the game after their precious window, and not my choice or control.
"Please explain how or why this situation does not qualify for a refund when it is not my problem or fault that EA/Dice changed the game completely from "PvE capable" to "PvP Only" AFTER the 2 hour/2 week window?
This is like buying tickets on a cruise that advertised it was being themed around families, but then finding out after you board the ship and it takes you out to sea they announced they've changed their minds and are going to theme it around singles and swingers.
I deserve a refund from Steam for this mess, and an apology from EA and the developers."
