New Discord quest! You're Not eligible for this quest.

Hi ImPenguinFriend​,

That seems a bit odd to me. I don't think it's a issue with the quest, like it finished early, as I watched the trailer to get the flight helmet (didn't realise it was for Discord for 2 months, but oh well).

I don't think it'll be the case, but I wonder if it could be regional (not sure where you are, but I'm in the UK)? 

Also, it could worth sending a DM to a Community Manager or Admin on Discord to ask them if they can take a look. They might be able to provide an explanation.

Penguin isn't sure what's going on with the Discord Quests, once again with the new quest it has the same issue 😥

Others may/may not understand, Penguin is big fan of Battlefield community and activities related to it, but must inform that it's very saddening to Penguin at least when it's not working.   The best that can be done from this end is to at least inform about this friends.

I have the same similar problem with both the BF Flight helmet quest and the 840 orb quest (global version (non-FR/UK/DE)). When I click on either link on my PC, the Discord app says, "Quest no longer available." I'm doing this from the US.

I doubt the issue is because of regional then, and it'll be something else. I do still think it might be worth messaging someone like Ganslinger43, though. It looks like the link they've shared shows a problem too, going on the preview.

Penguin give many thanks for the follow ups on this important Discord topic!

In order to rule out specific devices and network being the issue, Penguin been testing this with Laptop, Desktop PC, and Mobile phone with WIFI as well as with Mobile-Data connection to Discord for testing purposes, currently the Discord Quest = still the same issue friend.

Penguin also notice some others at the official discord also having the same exact issue.

For those having issues with the quest, are you trying to do the quest with the actual Discord app open? You can only do this particular quest with the actual Discord app open. It won't work with the web version of Discord, as I found this out recently. I tried to do the quest while signed into the web version, but it didn't work. After carefully reading the instructions, it says the quest must be done through the actual app. I do not have the Discord app installed, but I was able to do all other Battlefield 6 quests through the Discord web interface, except watch on mobile phone quests, which I didn't care to do.

Here you see it tells you the Discord app must be open and connected to your Battlefield account. And you can see that I accepted the quest.

Here you see it reminding me to switch to the Discord app, but I do not have it installed. I simply use the web interface.

You guys may be having a different issue; just thought I'd post this in case it may be helpful to others.
