Nightfall: Another Update, more Breaks

With the Nightfall update, Portal servers can now incorporate the Littlebird again. That's nice.  They must have forgotten to stop blocking it during the last update.

But now, every time I exit out of a server or see the main game screen for any reason, I have to reaccept the terms of service and privacy policy again. Every time. And various screens present me with popup hints like I have never played the game before.  And then the game stopped working, had to be restarted, and then the game acted like I didn't even own the game and could only play Redsec content.

What's up guys? Why do you always mess with stuff that doesn't need to be messed with?

Add a ping limit already, instead of playing around with stuff that is fine or would create no benefit.
