RESIST THE BOTPOCALYPSE!
For real though, bots are a major issue.
With servers closing after every match people are being split up way too much, resulting in even more servers opening up filled with bots. This then spreads the player base way too thin as the matchmaking is unable to fill them all.
They either need to add persistent lobbies, server browser or straight up remove the bots to give matchmaking a chance to actually put people together.
