Not a fan of some game designs

I was having fun at the start but im just getting frustrated now. Im over my bullets either not registering or being randomized due to bloom. I dont know what is causing my shots to not register when my reticle is on the enemy but im over it. Is this something people actually enjoy?

I also dont like some maps. Like the desert map with the giant tower with like 8 floors that snipers can hide on. If I could burst from a distance with my LMG and have all my shots go where my reticle is because I had good mouse control it wouldnt be a problem for me. They of course get to 1 shot me wheres I have to hit them multiple times whilst standing still to minimize the bloom.

Just adding my opinion to the discussion. This is what is pushing me away.
