Not sure where they get their feedback from, but it's not good quality. I suspect they talk to streamers/content creators that play nice with them. Which they have some of the worst takes imaginable. They hype every other game or update, just to drop it a week later, if that. They're basically shareholders at this point. Hype the game so they can get paid, nothing more.
Enders seems to keep it real, but since he doesn't play nice, they don't seem to listen to someone like him. I'm sure there's plenty of other examples. Dice is pretty sensitive and don't seem to take criticism too well. Just look at how many times they jump on the forums to see what's going on. They're so fragile.
All streamers are talking about - more laser gunning, more 360 degrees no scoping, more bunny hopping and power sliding, more clips that can be taken.
They hype the game and then move on to another one.
Streamers playing Conquest and large maps... God prevent!
