People that do not have this feature are at a HUGE DISADVANTAGE. Please make this available to ALL players ASAP. Kinda stupid to not have it for all in the first place.

I've merged your post with this one, as it feels like it might be an ongoing issue where collecting feedback might help.
Just a thought, but what are your privacy settings in your EA Account set to? There are two sections, "Who can see my profile details and be recommended as a friend" and "Player search settings", that are making me wonder if they have an impact on the Party Finder. It might be nothing, but it popped into my head.
Everyone and all boxes ticked on player search settings. EA/Dice/Devs, whomever set this up, appear to be brain dead when it comes to stuff like this. Ranked in particular is impossible to solo queue and get anywhere. Party Finder helps this struggle and they release it for some but not all? Ignorant. When Chasenoface on YT set out to solo queue from D5 to Master he netted like 50 RP in 2 hours. All of the good players it seems are using Party Finder to queue and the rest use random queue so the random pool is terrible.
