5070ti and the performance just feels kinda bad, even when changing stuff to reach native 100FPS it feels like 60 ish
And with frame gen 200-300 FPS but whenever stuff happens it just feels like 40-60 fps when it remains at 200+

ur pc just isnt good
It might be mouse stutter causing the game to feel like it's playing at a low framerate.
Try using a controller instead of the mouse and see if that makes the game feel smooth. If it does then the stutter is probably caused by the mouse.
Battlefield games have had problems processing mouse input since Battlefield 1 which was released in 2016. It's a game engine issue.
5060 here with a Ryzen 9600. Top fps for a 5 hour campaign play throu was 336 ffps. Average was around 225.
