Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with this. I can understand how frustrating that must be, especially when it affects an account you’ve had for so long.
Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums. If you’ve already submitted an appeal, that is still the correct route for the team to review the action.
I understand it can be discouraging when the replies don’t provide much detail, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the case wasn’t reviewed. If you still have the option available, you can try submitting another appeal. Separate appeals may be reviewed by a different member of the Terms of Service team.
If you disagree with the review outcome, the best next step would still be to submit another request through the support team.
