you can always appeal and see if your penalty will get reduced, however, if you broke EA's Positive Play Charter and were banned based on that, chances are low that the ban will be lifted or reduced.
Well mate. If this was not anything personal... then I see no reason why you should not go back to the game for season 2. Sometimes I have a bad day and am not thinking straight, regretting some of the actions.
It is a bit harsh to be permanently banned for making a typo. 1 month ban for foul language, full of profanity, I believe, is more than enough. It is harsh already.
Stalking and harassing random people with premeditation is another level tbh, and there shouldn`t be a place for such behaviour at all.
I do not know the case, but getting an account permanently locked for just spreading profanity sucks.
A friend of mine got a temporary ban just for asking about a group of people... he wasn`t making any statement. He wasn`t provocative. Just wrote a question asking a guy... sth like... what a certain ethnicity does in a given country... and he got banned LOL!!!
Really, just harsh language, 1 timer, shouldn`t be the case for a permanent ban in my humble opinion. But if it`s systematic or systemic, then yes!
In 600+ hours in Battlefield 2042 and 340 hours in Battlefield 6, I only wrote bad words in chat three times, and I don’t support or justify my actions.
Thats` very harsh mate... for three words in the chat on my private server you would never even be reprimanded... but taking things too personally or directly insulting someone is a bit too much. I always put *** or commit to misspelling in writing, but only if I am provoked... only provoked in the chat by someone already.
So instead of positive play. No play for you 🤑
