Please provide a ping limit on servers. Especially Hagental Base on EU Servers is unplayable. Each team got at least 6+ chinese high pingers with pings around 120-160. People on servers are always complaining and EA/Dice doesnt seem to care.
I‘m watching this problem now since months and nothing happens. I play since bf2 and never came across such a problem in all other Battlefield Games.
Please have a look into this.
Firstly they can but it would destroy everything as they are routing the middle east servers to EU while they are being repaired and they have to play at the same ping then for the EU a lot of people have to have starlink which can make lag spikes I sometimes get spikes of like 2000 until it goes back down to my normal 50 they should just patch the way the Chinese are getting onto our servers
Agreed. The game already has net code and lag issues. Allowing so many high ping players in a region is compounding the problems.
I don't know if the match making system is deliberately putting Asian players in the EU region, but they are in every round I join now, enough of them to fill there own servers. I'd think there are servers much closer for them. If they are using a VPN to fake their region, then change the system to sort by ping first, not region. I'm sure the majority of players wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer to join a round, if the quality of experience was better. A quick solution, put all those with ping over 100 in their own EU server if they are they intent on playing out of region...
I don't think matchmaking is working currently as most of the time I am having to play with players over 100 ping at the top of the leader board. If only we had a server browser with a 100 ping limit like the old days. DICE themselves proves it can work when they let community clan server admins filter servers to set a ping limit in BF3 and BF4.
