Please finally add "Disable joystick" button

Please finally add "Disable joystick" button, otherwise every time a simracer or a flight sim player wants to play Battlefield (or any EA game for that matter) we need to disconnect all our other perepherals, and that is too much hastle, so I will not buy any EA game if there is no solution for this
