they banned my account 2 days before the early access beta started. I’m on Xbox and use all Xbox controllers etc. I also had pre ordered the game the shadow one. I hadn’t played any EA title since 2042 last year or maybe even the year before that, I can’t remember. I made a new account and had to watch a twitch streamer to get a code. Really annoying as I have been a part of EA labs for a few years, I’ve even done playtests for them, about 3 or 4 I think. Anyway back to the ban, so I’d been banned before any beta had gone live. This didn’t make sense. I had no play time at all. I appealed it and got a reply “upheld” the next day. So now I’m really angry and instead of pleading my case I told them how I felt with some colourful words. I didn’t even check the next day as I thought it would be a lost cause but I got an email from them asking for a review? I didn’t get any such email when I got the answer “upheld” so that got me curious, I logged on and checked. They’d overturned the decision !!!! 
My advice is keep on appealing it. I think the first appeal is automated but the second is manual. I’m not sure why I was banned as they didn’t give me a reason, The reason I have told you this is to tell you to keep on appealing. They do overturn bans if it’s a mistake. Good luck bro
