Infantry vs Vehicle Balance: Little Bird & UH-60 TTK is Too Fast
Hello Team,
I am writing to share feedback regarding the current state of vehicle-to-infantry balance in Battlefield 6. While I enjoy the combat, light vehicles like the AH-6 Little Bird and UH-60 are currently dominating infantry in a way that feels unfair.
Key Issues:
- TTK (Time-to-Kill) is too fast: Infantry frequently die from just 2 to 4 bullets from vehicle gunners. This leaves zero time to react or find cover.
- Zero Recoil/High Accuracy: Vehicle turrets feel like laser beams. There is almost no visible recoil for the gunner, allowing for instant, pinpoint accurate kills from long ranges.
- Lack of Effective Counters: Even as an Engineer, the high agility of these helicopters often makes anti-air tools feel like minor deterrents rather than actual counters.
Suggested Improvements:
- Adjust Damage Scaling: Increase the number of hits required for vehicle machine guns to kill infantry at medium-to-long ranges.
- Add Visual Recoil: Implement more significant turret sway or recoil to prevent instant death from high-speed strafe runs.
- Nerf Accuracy: Consider reducing the precision of high-DPS rotary cannons against soft targets.
I want vehicles to be powerful, but right now it feels impossible to play as a ground soldier. I hope the team considers these points for the next Battlefield Labs tuning pass.
