Hello,

As advised by EA Support, I report my issue here for investigation. I received a Battlefield 6 TGS 2025 Dog Tag code from a Douyin event 1-2 weeks ago. My computer was being repaired and I could not redeem it. When I tried, the system showed "Battlefield 6 Reward - 6" but the code was expired. The event page did not mention any expiration. I have preordered the game.

Please help add the item to my account or allow one-time redemption. I can provide proof of legitimate receipt—please tell me how to submit it.

Hi,
Since you bought the game through steam, I believe the game will first be registered to your EA account once you launch the game tomorrow.
The error you should be seeing, "The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code." probably just refers to the message before you click "next" when redeeming the code. At the bottom you will see "you need to own the base game to play this add-on".
The most likely outcome is that you just need to wait for the game to launch before you can redeem it.

On the TSG paper it says that the referral ends on the 18th.
