I haven't gotten the reward either. I have contacted support but I highly doubt they will understand what I'm talking about based on prior interactions regarding missing content. Will keep you updated.

Yes, I am also missing Twitch Drops from Open Beta, Tombstone Pack and also PS5 Open Beta skin.
Messaged support, but all they're saying if I am missing Phantom content, I should check my loadout and closed down the ticket.
