Re: Reduced Conquest Tickets feedback
Battlefield has always differentiated itself from others by offering players an immersive all-out war experience.
This meant vehicles, fairly large maps, and lots of tickets in conquest or rush mode.
Exchanging tickets and offering a mode that takes 8-9 minutes between matchmaking and server entry isn't an experience a Battlefield player expects. It's not BATTLEFIELD, it's shipment on COD.
This Battlefield 6 has inherited one of the most beautiful and immersive maps from Battlefield 3, Operation Firestorm, but it's killing this map.
The best experience a player can have from Operation Firestorm is from 1500 tickets up to 3300 tickets. There are players like me here who have spent nights playing maps like this on Battlefield, and I can say with absolute conviction that 700 tickets is not a Battlefield experience. Players might as well go back to COD to play Shipment. They will have more fun dying in a 1m x 1m map with no immersion, just doing kills like sharks.
Your problem is that this is BATTLEFIELD, not COD. You want to give the player time to look at your work and appreciate it, to give the player not a fleeting experience but to make them feel transported into a war, not an arena.
We spent nights on Norshar Canals on Damavand Peak. Rush lasted 1 hour and 10 minutes, you could do 2 hours and be happy with Battlefield.
That's it. Then you can also transform it into COD and then you go back to that time when players didn't even want to hear about going back to BF5 or BF2042.
Be Battlefield!
