RedSec Matchmaking is bogus.

Here is what happens when I queue up solo... 

Names have been redacted to protect the innocent. 

Can anyone tell me why I'm forced to chaperone a complete noob every single run? 

We hit the ground. 
They die within 60 seconds. 
They redeploy
They die within one to five minutes. 
EVERY SINGLE RUN

Why do I never get placed with someone equal... or here's a crazy notion: BETTER THAN ME!?!?!?!?

Why must I try to hard-carry EVERY SINGLE RAID!?!?! 

This game just is not fun. Complete and total sweat-fest. I'm getting bored with this VERY fast. If I can find a PVE looter/shooter of some kind to replace this game... I'm gone.
