Region based matchmaking is kinda busted.

Scenario:
4 people in a squad.
3 are from NA east coast, 1 is from EU/UK.

EU/UK player gets 1-10 ping when playing on their own (most likely being placed in a London/UK based server).
NA players get 10-20 ping when playing on their own. (Unsure of server location)

7 out of 10 times when queuing as the squad we get put into EU lobbies where EU/UK player is at 20 ping (most likely a German based EU server), and NA players are at 130 ping.

On the rare occasion we actually get put into an NA based lobby, NA players get 10-20 ping, EU/UK player gets 75-80 ping.

Why when 75% of the squad is from NA is it prioritising EU servers? Why even put us in EU server when the squad average ping is always better on the NA server?

Even if for what ever reason it wants us to play on the EU based server, why is it putting the squad with mainly NA players into a German based EU server instead of the London one which is slightly closer to NA?
