No dude, we know what cheaters look like in their various forms. It's got nothing to do with the network. Please don't try to make out as though EA have stopped hacking and that no one else understands things but you do.
This guy is stupid, and yes high ping usually means a cheater, giving community servers the ability to limit by ping would limit cheaters in those server ever single human being knows this and why.
