Remove helicopters from Sobek City

There is zero need for these to be in this map.

It turns what should be a good inf + tank map into annoying campfest of snipers, who take then abandoning the helos to jump out and sit on the roof of buildings you can't get to otherwise and teams dropping onto flags from them constantly.

The A flag in particular is a nightmare to defend as the Pact because you can't do anything to stop an enemy dropping a beacon or having one guy sit in an impossible to kill position while his team keep dropping onto the flag.
