Report page does not work

I feel like the changes made to the in-game UI are also done on purpose. You can be trying to report the guy who is 70/3 and the game kicks you out of the scoreboard because your death timer ran out. Or it locks up, or the cursor disappears, or the best one is when it locks open but can't be interacted with, making you either close the game or wait until it kicks you for inactivity.
Also with how they put that all under "More EA actions". It's like Minecraft changing the settings button. No good reason aside from bad ones.
