I understand why this is frustrating.

I don’t have access to individual reports or moderation decisions, so I can’t see why a specific report received that outcome. Please continue using the in-game reporting tools when you encounter abusive or threatening behaviour, as that is the correct way to flag it for review.

If you believe a particular report was handled incorrectly, feel free to share the general situation here, but please avoid posting usernames or other personal information publicly.
