Skin locked for no hud games please

I’m asking for an option to lock skins, in case someone wants to create a server without an HUD (for both soldiers and vehicles); otherwise, gameplay becomes chaotic. Please! And also HUD active for vehicles that have HUD in real life (helicopter pilot, tank, airplanes, boat I think) even when setting “no HUD” in options.
