SL9 Stats are lying?

Hi,

the SL9 had Damage 25 and Muzzle Velocity over 600.

How could it be that Guns with worse stats kill more?

It makes no sense.

The Firing Rate ist nearly 700.

I have the feeling that the Loadouts don't Work.

Even with Synthetic Bullets it stays Bad.

I have the strong feeling that the ext. Barrel are broken. 

The Muzzle Velocity cannot be over 600 with this Barrel.

Who have same Problem with the SL9?
