Spawn killing is killing the game faster than anything

You have helicopters timing the re-spawn timer of the enemies choppers, just spawn killing them.

Then you have tanks sitting in spawn with unlimited tows and immunity spamming them, doesn't help the spawn points are often on or near tops of mountains giving tanks a large percentage of the viewable map. 

Then you have your own teammates who are blocking spawns of vehicles. There has to be better solution.
