Server tick rate isn't the most important thing. You might have double the delay just in your computer; plus the network connection. What is important is consistency. When you get a community server where you stutter through the sky or rubberband back and forth, it's not the tick rate to blame. It's the server up-time and EA's lack of server maintenance and rebooting.
They say that they are going to upgrade all the servers to 60hz. But do you believe them? And when? But, like I said, I don't think it is the most important factor. Not even close. It's just something to discuss and complain about more than anything.
