Still No Response – Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition Refund & Support Issue

Hey everyone,

I purchased Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition on August 9, 2025, and downloaded it on launch day. Just like many players, I got the package loading error issue. I submitted a refund request right after that, but I still haven’t received any response from EA — not even an update.

It’s been really frustrating. I’ve wasted a lot of time trying to fix this, and the live chat says “4 minutes wait” but I’ve been waiting for over an hour with no connection.

I’m honestly disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I just want my refund to be processed and this issue properly handled.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem or managed to get a reply from EA?
