I find myself in exactly the same boat mate. It is sllllooooowwwww. Not sure if it actually helps at all but I've started to get a supply crate down first and then just quick rez people so hopefully I get a few ticks off that half health they need to regain. I mean it's not exactly optimum teamplay but otherwise this will take weeks.
