Tactical grenades should be available for all classes

Why is Support the only class that has access to the smoke grenade??? This makes no sense. Non-lethal grenade should be available for all classes.

In the current or general meta, you cannot rely on supporters to provide some smoke cover for engineers. However engineers need such support, so they should be able to carry smokes.
