i feel for you mate, but the answer is quite simple.. to be able to control their product you bought with your own money. You don`t really own it, you just bought the license to use it. If they ban your entire EA account for breaking the ToS, then say goodbye to everything you paid for on their platform.

Lately there is/was a wave of bans for language and player names that are against ToS. This means no one had access to their entire game library because they wrote something offensive in one game. No warning, no nothing. BAN 7 days on everything.
