Yep. I refunded. Steam support will refund no matter how much hours you have as

DICE promised that Portal would be the new "server browser" with same exp as regular games
DICE then drastically nerfed all Portal game exp.

Lying to sell a product is against Steam terms of service and they will refund no matter how many hours.

Im playing battlefield 4 now and not going back

I am thinking of Refunding based on their false advertising and broken promises too. In Australia if you pulled this with a product you would be dragged before the courts!
