We appreciate the replies and feedback on this. So, I put together a list of what we’re hearing:
Many of you want full progression in solo/co-op and on curated custom servers—not just in matchmade PvP.
There’s real frustration about expectations vs. what shipped; our messaging around progression eligibility wasn’t clear.
Some of you worry about stat/leaderboard integrity and bot-farm exploits.
Players with limited time prefer low-stress PvE and still want meaningful unlocks.
Progression in PvE & curated servers (test): We’re enabling account XP and unlock/unlock-track progression in solo/co-op and a curated list of community servers.
To protect stats: K/D, leaderboards, and certain mastery tallies won’t update in these spaces during the test. If the data looks good (low exploit/noise), we’ll expand eligibility.
Anti-farm guardrails: Minimum difficulty, activity checks (AFK/loop detection), mixed target requirements, and sensible XP-per-minute caps. Servers that trip exploit signals will lose “Progression Eligible” status until fixed.
Clear labeling: Modes/servers will be tagged Progression Eligible or Not Eligible in the browser and pre-match screen, with a short tooltip explaining why.
What we need from you - The Data 📊
If you hit a legitimate mode that should be eligible but isn’t, drop the server code/name, platform, and time here. Feel free to tag me, and I will compile all that data and send it up.
If you spot obvious farm servers, flag them—include the code and what you saw.
Keep the feedback coming on where progression matters most to you. You play it, you progress, you have fun. Make your voice heard.

This looks interesting but I am expecting to see it in practice before I will decide if this is good enough or not.
… and here we go again, unbelievable and more unbelievable that they tricked me again which does not reflect well on me. I’m a BF-Only guy and I’m playing since BF3 with more than 10k hours on the clock and to see how this franchise evolves is making me really sad. Thought with BF6 DICE is going back to the roots of a reliable developer of a fantastic franchise but no, they still are the liars they became with 2042 and I’ve said that back then here on AnswerHQ. Deeply disappointing experience and even though I like to play MP against others and “Cheaters”, who are abusing game mechanics like sliding and jumping to break the hitreg, I also like to play against bots so I totally agree with all of you who are complaining. More, I feel really sorry for those of you, who have bought it because of Portal and the promise and advertising of it. Imo it’s fraud what is happening again, and I really hope EA/DICE get finally sued for it. No, I don’t want my Phantom-Edition-Pre-Order money back, I want justice so lying and false advertisement don’t become the state of the art for Company’s, that’s my point. Imagine you buy a car with 500hp and top speed of > 300km/h and after the first inspection you find out that it was reduced to 250hp and 200km/h and the manufacture states that they think it’s better for you and all the others around you. No way they would get away with that but EA/DICE probably will.
@EA/DICE please immediately revert the changes back to what was promised and advertised - full progression if an official template was used. Your argument reg “Global Player Quota” error doesn’t justify such a behavior, but it proofs how “poor” your work from an administrative perspective was. You had the pre-order numbers, and it should be easy to know how many servers are needed considering your promise that every Player will have one persistent server.
@RickyDaMan19 seems you are 19 and it’s funny to see you popping up in every single Thread reg this Topic as @TakeiCaelieNoctis has mentioned. So I also ask you: ARE YOU DUMB? Let people play how they want to play as they’ve paid for it as you did. Seems this is too difficult to understand for you, so I’m not surprised that you don’t get the real point behind that. It was promised and advertised as it was so people like you asking EA/DICE to change it are asking them to betrayal their Customers. The other way around it became a shoe. You know, if you’re not too dumb or too lazy to read, what was promised and if you don’t like it you were not forced to buy it, as easy as that it is. Will you finally understand this point? No, probably not, since other users have also tried to explain it to you. So I hope that DICE will contact you and clearly and unequivocally ask you STFU, because YOU are asking them to commit fraud.
