Sounds like a pile of lies. They haven't enabled anybodies portal servers for testing thus far.
Spending hundreds of hours making custom maps from prior titles, and won't even be able to start the server since it requires 32 players or bots (which then nobody will play).
REFUND - false advertising, immediately broke their promise for some pathetic reason of "XP" which is going to become absolutely irrelevant in the mid-term already....
I find it funny, how they also want to maintain leader board integrity. But they didn't reset everyones to start fresh knowing how many people already boosted up from those bot games to get all the good weapons/skins etc. And they never even mentioned how it will effect Season Pass yet. For sure i'd start asking for a refund i haven't played the game for a couple days, just been playing other things. they kind of killed the game for me already
Edit: Try Once Human, that game is awesome!
