yeah, the bot games are very chill and relaxing. the human games are tense and adrenaline filled. believe it or not, I don't want to feel yakked up all the time. Unwinding, trying new stuff, playing with vehicles, etc is a lot of fun. The game doesn't have to be in the serious-zone all the time. just kill the bot farms and let players play.
they really need to fix this, or player count will go down. I know for me and my friends we stopped playing because of this.

Player numbers are constantly declining, but EA/DICE doesn't care because they've already made money on the game. Whether players complain or stop playing, they don't care.
Their insanely slow work on fixing its bugs only shows how much they care. And what will be in the next patch? More colorful outfits for soldiers, because that's exactly what we need right now.
They could finally launch PORTAL mode with normal rules, so you can play solo with bots and with friends/family – even without the ability to gain experience and weapon attachments (until they figure out a sensible way to set it up properly). It's a simple thing that would bring a lot of joy to many people – but it's better to do nothing...

That’s why it’s so important that people who feel affected by the false advertising get refunds. EA, Sony, Steam, etc, their refund policies don’t matter when a game is falsely advertised.
Sony has a very strict refund policy, but they had no issue with refunding me in full for Battlefield 6 even though it had been 3 months and 25-30 hours of playtime since my purchase.
Of course companies will likely say no first, but that’s because they know most customers will just give up. You have to hit back with «this game was falsely advertised», and then they will take it seriously.
A normal refund is just a refund. But a refund linked to false advertising hurts reputation a lot more. I am happy to help anyone get their refunds if they feel they need it, but obviously only if you bought the game for the removed features, I’m not trying to start a mass refund here.

I think you mean that you were 3 WEEKS in (not 3 months, hehe)...it hasn't even been released 3 months yet. Well Im 2+ months in and around 74 hours play time at this point even though I haven't played in a month. If you think you can get Steam to refund me who I am to turn that down....but I warn you that I tried pretty darn hard back when I only had 25 hours in and 3 weeks. Many messages I sent to no avail explaining how they stripped the game of the only feature I bought it for.
