I think you mean that you were 3 WEEKS in (not 3 months, hehe)...it hasn't even been released 3 months yet. Well Im 2+ months in and around 74 hours play time at this point even though I haven't played in a month. If you think you can get Steam to refund me who I am to turn that down....but I warn you that I tried pretty darn hard back when I only had 25 hours in and 3 weeks. Many messages I sent to no avail explaining how they stripped the game of the only feature I bought it for.
What exactly did you tell them? And did you provide evidence (of the false advertising + that you already contacted EA to try and get a fix)?
I pre-ordered the game on day 1 in end of August or when it was, and then refunded in November - so 3 months since i bought it was correct:)
