So as of today Portal is now 4 player start, this is good but, they have made it moderate XP for servers with bots and that's ok to help stop XP farms. But they have also made it moderate XP for none bot verified server so regardless if you have bots or not they are all moderate XP now. I'm thinking this was not intended and full XP should be enabled for verified portal server without bots, would like to see the patch nots with portal but I haven't seen any yet.

So instead of bot farming, people will make locked servers of 4 people and killtrade until they reach their goal on unlocks...
This is another chapter in the vain attempt to combat farming servers instead of the incentive causing people to farm (especially weapon attachments).

You are mistaken about the moderate XP in verified. I just made a test pristine CQ verified server with bots and it is Full XP.

The server advertised "full XP", but each bot kill gives reduced rank and weapon XP, right? I thought they changed it so that only kills against human players awards full XP. And challenge unlocks against bot kills? I am not sure. Or did they change it back to full XP for everyone again? I can't keep track of EA's lack of vision and lack of confidence.

Full XP in the context of reduced XP from bots but otherwise there being a normal progression. I have not tested it, but knowing EA/DICE, they would not have made the effort to make it more complex
