The worst service I've ever experienced.

First, EA CM deleted my discussion cause there was so many 'bleep's, so this time I gonna write this more calm...

Maybe some peoples thinks Im the cheater cause Im banned from game, well, let me explain... first, see my KDA.

I didn't played this franchise many time but I loved this so much by many play videos, cool musics and wide 'battlefield'.

So, I decided pre-purchase this game with 80 bucks. I serve in korean air force and receive about $1250 for a month, I think I use about 1/14 my salary.and I waited 2 months, did 24-hours shift work before release day, and waited 16 hours on release day.

and I suceed open-running the game! that was very funny, and exciting. 

then when I woke up that day morning, I just got banned.

So, of course I thought this was false ban or mistakes cause I didnt use any cheat program or devices, uh, maybe my logitech X56 HOTAS? but its only for flight simulators, right? oh, there was even no penalty logs(and it still not there)/

make a discussion and find other cases, I believed they just gonna unban me easily...

and boom! I received this answer.

so I tried two more times... and received...

AGAIN?

I even uploaded my gameplay video(https://youtu.be/tjEc7bcTn4Y) on my last ticket, sir.

maybe they ignored(or even didn't read, whatever) my ticket, they just gave me same answers(are they really humans? I think they're just bots)

So, I already know only ToS team can solve my problem(which I don't know are they humans or bots), but I tried live chat...

...and you can easily think the answer. Yes, there was no helps and nothing is solved.

I paid $80 for this game. still don't know why and what program or deviced made me got banned, still can't play the game.

even can not refund cause my playtime is over 2 hours(ofc I played campaign to the end), steam just rejected it. Well, I admit it is my fault.

CM just marked other discuttion(https://forums.ea.com/discussions/battlefield-6-general-discussion-en/i-was-just-banned-in-bf6/12735886) as 'solved' with the guide 'how to make an appeal', I even cannot see the replys that problem is sovled, how you did marked it as 'solved'? some of the others even cannot make an appeal due to too much complelicate user support system.

we are your customers too, EA. We have right to at least better answers than this, I just requesting help with english(which is even not my own language) and you just keep give me same answers.

I hope EA understand this problem is serious and solve it someday.
