Trouble logging in

I tried to play the open beta this morning but was met with a message that I needed to reset my password. So I reset my password and got the same message. So I went to make sure my PlayStation account was linked to my EA account… it was not, so I went to link the two accounts and I got another message telling me that my PlayStation account is linked to my account already but its not at the same time??? EA I've been waiting to chat with and agent for almost and hour now and haven't even gotten a hello. This is very frustrating its happening on a beta weekend
