I love reading all the "expert" replies where they tell you to
Aim better, learn to shoot, aim centre mass, etc etc.....or that you just missed.
Go to google and look up "health and damage modifiers" most of your questions are answered there.
I am still playing BF4 and my record for shots hit but NO KILL is 11. Yet I die in 1 or 2 hits.
I have my own opinions but you need to figure it out yourself.

For real lol. I just read that, and was like the audacity of this guy.
They have decent accuracy stats, but also they have one of the lowest damage per minute statistics I've ever seen. Which means they probably have a very campy play style, and only shoot when it's a guaranteed kill. No spamming in smoke, no suppress firing, etc. So really not impressive.
During the beta, I was shooting some players standing completely still from like 10 meters or less with an SMG, you don't need to burst fire at that range. I could literally see all the bullets hitting the character model, and some of the bullets were clearly just not registering. That guy completely ignores that even Dice has acknowledge there were some issues. There was also a bug that would mess up the spread after sliding or getting stuck on geometry, so not sure how often I personally was effected by that. I imagine way more than I realized.
I remember the first time having a nvidia gpu that could do shadow play, and then recording some game play in different games. I was losing my mind, because I always thought I was hitting my targets, and after reviewing videos, I absolutely was! I had quite the collection of clips hammering people with shots and them not taking any damage. So for this guy to come along and be like "it's a skill issue" is just being willfully ignorant at this point. If you play shooters online, you have experienced this.

What you are explaining has nothing to do with TTK to be honest. No one here is against DICE fixing bugs, desync and missing hit registrations.

Changing / increasing the TTK would not solve this issue, it would only make it worse... and fixing this issue would not change the TTK.

Swing and a miss...
What are you on about? Where did I mention that I wanted a lower TTK? I always say that it wouldn't fix the issue in my post, and that my personal preference is a higher TTK. Are you even responding to the correct person?
Plus, the sentiment of the conversation is that the TTK feels much longer than TTD. Key word there, feels, so it is a networking issue and people are explaining in terms that makes sense to them.
