I had instances where i killed a player from same distance with 10 bullets and instances where it took the whole mag to kill him or he even survived and it is happening alot of times.
for instance i was 1v1 with a player using m4a1 and hit like 10 bullets as headshot when ADSed and we were like 2 meters from eachother,i thought alright he might had smg,but he was using same AR and judging from bullets he was hip-firing
i dont think TTK is to long but servers do not count bullets as it should so it creates that feeling of needing alot of time to kill someone
also from feet to upperbody the damage is same only headshots do little more dmg,so if someone shots into your feet and you into his chest you would be killed same as you did him
the TTK is way to long. i snuck up on 5-6 guys on breakthrough about 20 meters away with a 36 round magazine in a m4a1.... they were all facing away from me...killed 1 then got rinsed by the rest. No matter how good your aim is either, with the added bullet bloom causing your well aimed shots to fly off in random directions...its feels even longer to actualy get kills. i honestly done know why games dont just let us enjoy nice kill games. adding bullet bloom aswel so the game dictates if you shoot them or not WTF
