I have the same Problem.
I have noticed that I am 99% of Gameplay with the lowesr Ping. Usually 10ms for every Game.
The other all have usually 20-30ms, some have above to 130ms.
I am not sure if the Server can handle it. It is Strange and destroy for me always the Game.
I always left the Game if my Bullets do not kill or I die behind Cover. If a Game begin so, the whole Game will be dogs hit.
Better left and landing on a different Server.
