Owned Phantom edition, got problems at launched, they promised S2 battle pass for free, got S2 battle pass for free, bought PRO expecting to get 1100 coins, didnt get coins, spent week writing to support, today got this answer:

I see you got the S2 Battle Pass as a goodwill gesture for the issues during Battlefield 6 launch, and then you bought BF Pro and are expecting to get 1100 BF Coins. Let me clarify this for you.
Please know that the 1100 BF Coins refund was for those who purchased the Battle Pass using BF Coins and upgraded to Pro. This was also mentioned in the EA Help article you shared:
"When you upgrade to Battlefield Pro and previously purchased Battle Pass, you get the BF Coins you used to buy the Battle Pass refunded to your account."
Since the Battle Pass you got was not acquired through the use of BF Coins, the refund will not apply in this case.

Because I got it for free, I dont get 1100 coins. They are **bleep** greedy b*stards. What else can I say.
