What does this mean?

Don't shut out 'unfavorable' opinions. This is my honest feedback as an individual player. Why can't you just accept it? It feels like you only listen to a specific group of players. If you can't handle criticism, you should conduct a survey for ALL BF6 players

It looks like the site has possibly confused some of the characters with invalid html, rather than being censorship.

Since these are the English-speaking forums, you'll shouldn't have the issue if you post in English, as you've done here.
