What was in that update?

I am pretty much unloading the KTS100 into someone's head and yet they don't die. Has the gun been nerfed? Its absolute trash now. Being killed from 50m by a few bullets from a submachine gun LOL. I switched to TR-7 and I was killing with like 3-4 bullets. The game is absolute trash. Submachine gun is outgunning an LMG from distance.
