Whats the solution to all the cheating?

EA's Javelin anticheat system is a joke.  There are multiple accounts using map hacks,  aimbots or both.  Look up "Arctic Community" on youtube.  He went 3 months using all hacks before finally getting banned and i don't think it was the javelin system,  I'm sure it was all the attention he was getting.  And just 3 days ago he posted a new video showing his new account using cheats.  So even when they ban, they are not hardware banning so the cheaters just create a new account.  Is there a solution to this?  Maybe one day in the future when you have to remote into a gaming server that actually runs the game so cheaters can't install any 3rd party software?  Either way the game as it is right now is just being overrun by cheaters.
