Why does spotting seem to be broken?
I am just wondering what happened. Some matches spotting is actually broken complete. Just will not spot anything. It worked fine for a long time. But it stopped working properly and just late...

I'm not entirely sure, but I think they modified how close you have to be to the target to actually spot it, you now have to be pretty spot on for it to work. Albeit that only seems to be the case for non-recons, playing recon it feels unchanged.

BigBoy here. I play all the classes, from Assault to Recon, and I'm experiencing the same issue. For me, the ping either doesn't work at all or it's completely off target from the location I'm trying to mark. It was never like this before, so I'm really hoping the developers can identify the cause and get it fixed soon.
Wait, just to be clear: you’re talking about the spot diamond above the head or the ping you can leave for team mates?
