Why don't the guns do the correct damage?
The guns with the Damage rating of 33 should kill within 4 bullets maximum. Yet, they take way more than they should. I have tested in the firing range, closest target and it will take 4 to the chest...

About 1/3 of hit markers you get do not do damage which is why slower RoF weapons are so bad compared to faster shooting one.
