Why? Why! Why am I placed on the losing team80% of the time?

Seriously! I join a team and gain a 300+ point lead only to lose by 100+? Why am I always placed on a losing team yet come out on top score wise? WTF drives this match making system?

Because who is going to leave a winning team, the slot you took became free because someone rage quit because they were losing.
