Will Battlefield 6 Portal expand to other historical eras in the future?

 Hello Battlefield Team,

First of all, thank you for bringing back the Portal mode. It was one of the best parts of Battlefield 2042, and the possibilities for creativity and replayability were amazing.

I wanted to ask (and also suggest):
Will we be able to see historical armies from different eras — such as World War II, Cold War (like Warsaw Pact), or even WW1 factions like the Ottoman Empire —  or Bf2142 armies and mech warriors added to the Portal mode in the future?

Many players enjoy the idea of mixing old vs modern warfare scenarios. For example:

WW2 Germany vs Modern NATO

Cold War Soviet Forces vs 2025 US Army

 

These wouldn't necessarily need full campaigns — just limited sandbox units, weapons and uniforms for Portal would be enough.

It would add huge replayability, and I believe the community would love to build creative scenarios around these.
